Al approached the project as if it were his own home, perceiving how best to do or modify something to best preserve the aesthetics of the house as well as demonstrating obvious technical knowledge and skill, thoroughness and dedication to providing the highest quality product; I will sum him up in four words: he is a treasure. I also want to state how impressed I was with other aspects and key person(s) involved in the project. Peter Ten Kate of Sales did a terrific job of very carefully evaluating this complicated house and consequently coming up with a best possible proposal. In addition, I will note that he was especially patient, pleasant and considerate with a homeowner who can have some anxiety regarding a major project. One couldn’t ask for a nicer or more competent guy. I was especially impressed that Reiner Group provided so much engineering evaluation and greatly appreciate Pete’s attentiveness in assuring, before work on the job commenced, that the best engineering decisions prevailed; I doubt that a lot of companies would show such dedication to the quality of a project. In sum, I am very glad I chose Reiner Group for this project and that this particular team was assigned to it. I can confidently recommend Reiner Group to my friends and neighbors."
