Eligible for one week – Starting January 1st the following year of hire.
Eligible for two weeks – January 1st following the second year of employment. 
Eligible for three weeks – After 10 years of employment. 
Eligible for four weeks – After 20 years of employment. Receive vacation time starting January 1st after date of hire.

One hour for every 30 hours worked. You’re able to accumulate up to a maximum of 40 hours of personal/sick leave. These hours are available for use after first 120 days of employment.

Reiner offers eight paid holidays a year. They’re available after 6 months of hire.

Automatic Enrollment at 5% of your wages upon hire, unless you waive this option. Pre-tax or Post-tax (Roth) contributions. Reiner will match 15% immediately. Fully vested after 6 years employment.

Aetna Managed Choice Open Access/HRA. Available after 90 days of employment.

The Guardian PPO. Available after 90 days of employment.

The Guardian. Immediately open for enrollment $25,000 / $50,000 / $75,000 / $100,000 value; 50% spousal coverage; 10% child coverage.

Davis Vision. Available after 90 days after employment.

Sun Life Financial. Immediately open for enrollment $3,500 monthly max coverage if qualified.

Benefit Resource. Pre-tax contribution through payroll deduction. $2,000 maximum benefit. Enroll at open enrollment in October.
