We are currently hiring for Customer Service Representatives in our Fair Lawn, NJ office! A customer service representative supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and scheduling service. They are the front line of support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features. At Reiner Group, we expect this individual to be a very pleasant person to talk with on the phone with so the first experience a customer has is exceptional.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- • Manage incoming calls
- • Work with dispatchers to create and schedule service orders quickly and efficiently
- • Ensure customer information is up-to-date and entered correctly within our CRM
- • Generate service work via outbound phone calls/emails/postcards to unrenewed maintenance customers, open service calls, start and test service calls, etc.
- • Handle customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies set forth by management to ensure consistency across CSR group.
- • Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure they are getting exceptional customer service!
